These Terms govern your access and use of the LEET mobile application ("App"), available on Google Play and the App Store. By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, then you may not access or use the App.
- LEET - Let's Play is a mobile app that allows athletes and sports enthusiasts to connect, compete, and celebrate sports in a global community. We offer a App to discover local matches, organize games, promote events, and expand your sports network.
- The LEET App is free to download and use. However, we may offer in-app purchases for additional features or content in the future.
- When you create an account, you may be required to provide certain personal data, such as your name, email address, and location. We will only collect and use your personal data in full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (Article 6 GDPR - Lawfulness of Processing).
- You have certain rights under the GDPR regarding your personal data. These rights include the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, object to processing, and data portability (Articles 15-21 GDPR - Data Subject's Rights).
- We strive to maintain a safe and respectful environment for all users.
- You are solely responsible for the content you upload, post, or share on the App. You agree not to use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, content that is hateful, discriminatory, defamatory, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others (Article 17 GDPR - Right to Erasure).
- You retain ownership of any content you post on the LEET App ("User Content"). However, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the LEET App.
- We value your privacy and safety. You agree to use the App in a respectful and responsible manner. Leet reserves the right to remove any content or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms or the GDPR (Article 4(7) GDPR - Controller's Liability).
- LEET is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its Platform visitors and registered users, particularly those not yet of legal age in their respective country of residence. For this reason, parents / legal guardians who wish to allow their children access to our App should review these Terms & Conditions and assist such children with the setting up of any relevant accounts and supervise the child’s access to LEET. By allowing your child access to the LEET App, he or she will be able to access all of the App functions and features, which may now or in the future include public and private communication tools as well as other features that may not be appropriate for use by unsupervised children. Please remember that LEET is designed to appeal to a broad audience. As the legal guardian, it is your responsibility to determine whether any LEET’s functions, features, information, data, text, graphics, ads, messages, feeds and any other material on LEET ("Content") are appropriate for your child. We disclaim any liability in this respect.
- Leet is committed to protecting the privacy of our users in accordance with the GDPR. We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risks presented by the processing of your personal data (Article 32 GDPR - Security of Processing).
- In the event of a personal data breach, we will notify you and the relevant supervisory authority within the timeframes set out in the GDPR (Article 33 GDPR - Notification of Personal Data Breach to the Supervisory Authority).
- You are responsible for keeping your account password secure and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized activity.
- We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected and in accordance with our Privacy Policy (Article 5(1)(e) GDPR - Storage Limitation).
- By using the Leet App, you consent to our collection and use of your personal data. This includes using your data for commercial purposes, such as sending you personalized marketing communications and targeted advertising within the app. We may display advertisements on the LEET App. You are responsible for any interactions you have with advertisers. You can withdraw your consent for commercial use of your data at any time by accessing your account settings or contacting us at [email protected].
- We may offer contests and promotions through the LEET App. These will be governed by separate rules that will be made available to you at the time of the contest or promotion.
- You are responsible for ensuring your device meets the minimum requirements to use the LEET App. We may update these requirements periodically.
- Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions will be governed by the laws of Malta and resolved in the courts of Malta.
- The App and all its content, including but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, and logos, are the property of Leet or its licensors. You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the App without our express written permission.
- The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Leet makes no warranties, expressed or implied, about the operation of the App or the information, content, materials, or products included on the App.
- If you access and use our App, you do so at your sole risk.
- Announcements and any other information posted on or within the LEET App are not intended to amount to advice on which reliance should be placed.
- Leet will not be liable for any damages arising out of your use of the App, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
- We strongly recommend that you carefully read our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your data. Our Privacy Policy outlines the collection, use, protection, and disclosure of your personal information. By using our services or accessing our App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and understood our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms. Your privacy is important to us, and we are committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with our established policies and applicable laws.
- Leet may terminate your access to the App at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
- If you provide, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that you have provided, any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse you access to our App
- We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our App. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of our Service after the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
- These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Leet regarding your use of the App.
- By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the LEET App, whether or not you become a registered user, you signify your agreement with and understanding of these Terms & Conditions, which you acknowledge you have read and understood. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using our mobile app.
